The RCC Foundation is organized for charitable purposes, including but not limited to promoting high-level research to create new opportunities to enhance and leverage construction practices, leadership and investment in the communities within which the Foundation shall operate with a specific focus on workforce development, education, protection and expansion of natural resources including wildlife and water quality, community health and community healthcare, and other scientific and educational purposes.
